[The school is empty. The school is quiet. The only sound that cuts through the silence is the soft ticking of the hallway clocks that mark the passing of each second.]

[At least. . . until a stiff breeze whips through the classrooms, scattering dirty papers and jerking the curtains aside. The clock strikes 6:00 a.m.]

[ If Ishmael sticks around to watch Nei try and... kind of fail at dressing her own wounds, she's more than welcome to. One gets the sense that she's not accustomed to doing this for herself, though she does seem to have a basic of understanding of what she needs to do. ]

[ Ishmael watches with a slowly deepening frown. She tries to walk away and let the girl manage on her own, she really does, but...

Damn it, watching her fail like this is driving her nuts. ]

[ Though Nei clicks her tongue, she does... relent and let Ishmael grab the fabric out of her hands. Her worst wounds are on her right forearm, wounds crossing red over the purple ink of her hydrangea tattoo - and on her left palm, ostensibly from forcibly ripping the wires off of herself. ]
