I'd like to collect as many Majiks as I can, I suppose. There's still a bunch running around, and some of them ... well, they're real monsters.

They are. Some are just annoyances, but there are Majiks that could easily wipe out whole towns if they chose to.

I can only imagine. With such menaces, the number of mages powerful enough to handle them must be few and far between.

But witches like me can't be everywhere at once. So we take on apprentices.

Yes. Incredibly difficult. He grew up in the woods, so I basically have to teach him everything about how the world works.
