[The school is empty. The school is quiet. The only sound that cuts through the silence is the soft ticking of the hallway clocks that mark the passing of each second.]

[At least. . . until a stiff breeze whips through the classrooms, scattering dirty papers and jerking the curtains aside. The clock strikes 6:00 a.m.]

[ Rather than getting to enter the gymnasium on his own two feet, this guy is sprawled out on the floor. He's sliced up pretty badly along his arms and legs and his gaudy yellow track suit is covered in blood, but he's alive. Somehow. ]

[ He slams his fist on the gymnasium floor and shuts his eyes to block out the extremely pointed and very personal broken dolls lingering at the corners of his vision. ]

[ well actually..... but she's not about to correct this bleeding bowlcut dude. instead she raises an eyebrow ]

[ He shrugs off his blood-soaked jacket to examine the gashes in his arms, wincing. ]

But I suppose if you have any clean fabric to wrap these with, I'll take it.

[ she usually wears much less than this anyway. she tears strips off of her pant legs and hands them over ]

[ He's not anywhere near nice enough of a guy to tell her not to waste what she has on him, so he'll accept the scraps of fabric without fanfare and gets to work wrapping up his cuts. ]

[ He eyes her sticker and draws the correct conclusion, tantrum slowly subsiding until he mostly just looks self-defeated. ]

No. We just didn't look in the right places, it seems.
