[The school is empty. The school is quiet. The only sound that cuts through the silence is the soft ticking of the hallway clocks that mark the passing of each second.]

[At least. . . until a stiff breeze whips through the classrooms, scattering dirty papers and jerking the curtains aside. The clock strikes 6:00 a.m.]
[The school bell chimes.]

I don't know if it's an aspect of the curse we're under, but suffice to say, if you hear anyone complain about not being able to act to their full potential, that's part of it.

It's a bit more than that, but it's difficult to explain without a lot of educating in that area and also has the potential to be very dangerous to those who aren't at the proper level to know it.
