[The school is empty. The school is quiet. The only sound that cuts through the silence is the soft ticking of the hallway clocks that mark the passing of each second.]

At the school my dad works at it's near the offices. So in the main building.

Then, depending on the location of this room, we may be forced to go outside where those creatures might be lurking.

Yes, something was attempting to get inside through the window. According to what others have said, this seems to have been a common experience.

What did it look like?

It had ghostly hands and bloodshot eyes framed by straggly black hair. The force of its thrust was enough to crack a couple panes in the window.

Huh. I have some experience with hauntings, but… It had to break the window? So it was a physical creature or the space was warded.

Based on your experience, what do you make of everything that's happened?

Mm... Everything looks really creepy, but most of what's happened I can't ascribe to a haunting. Where is a ghost getting the money for matching uniforms?

You raise a good point. Whoever is responsible for this has not only moved all of us, but changed us as well. Why would they go through so much trouble . . . ?

A big operation needs a big goal. But I can't imagine what.

It's too soon to say for sure . . . We will just have to keep an eye out for anything unusual as we move.

Saying them now could still pose a risk. The class to which I have been assigned settled on using aliases; did yours do the same?

Some of us did. Most of us haven’t yet. I mean, we weren’t planning on being here long.

I'm sure many must have shared that sentiment.

Although our numbers have unexpectedly swelled, there is still a chance we'll be able to leave this place much sooner than later. That would be ideal, no?

The sooner, the better. More of us being caught sucks, but that’s more heads to help solve the problem.
