Naw...we have a festival t'welcome the rainy season. S'when our wells get replenished and all. The city has kinda overtaken the celebrations, lotsa tourists. So we ain't celebrate as much now--we all go find work while there's lotsa tourists. But it still ya know.

But women are more in charge for hyenas. They're bigger and stronger too. Human girls are so weirdly tiny. Uhm.

I know it ain't a belief held by outsiders but in my country we know that when people die they become a star and watch over the ones they left behind.

Yep! Ma watches over me. And for her birthday gran and I always star gaze together if m'not at school. Its our special night together to tell her everything ourselves with our own words. Gran misses her daughter a lot I think...so it helps her out.
