I can't say I'd be able to recognize "goblin" language when I see it, but I did make a pile of the books I wasn't able to decipher on one of the tables.

Well, I'm new here, so I'm still learning the ropes. Ghosts, I'm not unfamiliar with, but this whole school and its setup is throwing me off balance.

Is it safe to assume you've been here a while, or at least long enough to find out what happens when given a true name? But otherwise, it's possible to "graduate."

Been here for a couple of fucking months now. Since day one, I think? The graduation shit didn't start for a little while. And it's more like, those dudes just fuckin' disappeared into thin air. No hints of where or what the fuck.

No luck with these yet. It's really is a lot of gibberish unless you're really willing to put in the work to find something legible.

I wonder if it's just selective... I've had more luck finding more mundane novels, things that I would find in my own world.

[Holds up a generic looking vacation romance book that takes place on a cruise ship.]

It's not riveting but, not everything has to be deep. I'm hoping to find some older classics down the line, maybe even literature pertaining to the culture of this school.

Uh... Little dude was bein' fuckin chased by somethin' gnarly, and he was scared that it was gonna catch him. He didn't know what but the fucker was gainin' on him. Thd last entry was like, him droppin' weight to run faster, so no idea what the fuck happened to him.

So either it was a fictional journal with the premise of a goblin being chased or at some point there was a goblin here... But the record itself can appear or reappear.

It's as you say, Magus; it doesn't sound like the book was going to be of any help to us and that might go for the library's collection until we find out otherwise.
