Good evening. Hopefully this isn't a bad time? Enough time has passed that we figured it was a good idea to check in and make proper introductions.

You'll have to forgive the lack of housewarming gift. We're a bit shorthanded at the moment, which I'm sure you can relate to.

Well... We have a task board to choose from, but we wouldn't target anyone who isn't looking or willing to fall in love.

But what if you make them fall in love with the wrong person? That's a lot of pressure. . . trying to get it right.

Yes, it really can be... I can only speak for myself, but it's just something of a gamble we have to take.

Mm... I—suppose for starters, we can't match two people who were never compatible to begin with, so there is that. [ if. it helps. ] But after that, whether they want to stick together or don't—it's all up to them what happens.
