A pretty lady in sky blue smiles and waves. ]

Good evening. Hopefully this isn't a bad time? Enough time has passed that we figured it was a good idea to check in and make proper introductions.

You'll have to forgive the lack of housewarming gift. We're a bit shorthanded at the moment, which I'm sure you can relate to.

[ From behind her peers a perfectly average guy with tousled hair dressed in sky blue slacks. He gives a friendly wave! ]

Yes—nothing has been worse than the first day. Though I must admit to missing some of the comforts of home. The cafeteria's selection is a bit pitiful.

Oh my god, right? Maybe I didn't eat the best before but god, what I wouldn't give for some of my mom's cooking right now...

[ He sighs. ]

I know we probably shouldn't complain too much since like, at least we have food, but I really thought my cafeteria food days were behind me.

Out of school, I take it? Under normal circumstances, anyway.
