Good evening. Hopefully this isn't a bad time? Enough time has passed that we figured it was a good idea to check in and make proper introductions.

You'll have to forgive the lack of housewarming gift. We're a bit shorthanded at the moment, which I'm sure you can relate to.

Oh yeah, I'd say he's pretty much hit the nail on the head there. I won't lie and say it's not weird, but there's no use stressing about it. We just gotta move on and figure out what happens next.
