It looks exactly like the kind of place that would be infested with yokai where I come from, so I can't say I'm surprised.

... Yeah, same with the stories back home. I bet I could find a YouTube video with an abandoned school just like this a bunch of guys would break into because they think it's haunted.

The same kind of idiots are everywhere, then. I do think it's odd we haven't seen any sort of anomalies since that first night, however.

It might be nice to get a break, but the longer they're quiet the longer they have to plan whatever it is they're going to throw at us next.

It doesn't look like it... But really, I'm not looking for much—I just needed to get out for a bit after sticking inside until now.

I guess it's something of a relief to know we're not fully trapped indoors.

It's a bit dusty... it makes me wonder how long this place has been standing.

I assume you noticed that most of those gathered here seem to not be from the same world.

… Yeah, it’s been weird. Even some of us from the same country have different things happening between them, but maybe that’s less strange than the really different places.

I've already reached the conclusion that my world is different than most. This school, though... it's similar to a place I'm familiar with, but different enough that I'm fairly sure it's not from my world.

Hmm... Then I don't think it is. But it doesn't make a lot of sense, huh? This doesn't feel like something a yokai could pull off.

An extremely powerful one might be capable of it, but to make its own pocket dimension takes an overwhelming amount of power that I can't imagine a yokai capable of. A god of some kind, perhaps.

But what kind of god would do something like this? It's not like they even talk to people normally, right?

Maybe not where you come from.

Where I come from, gods are annoyingly present and fickle. They'll do whatever they want for whatever reason they want. If this is an attempt to drain our power through our names, I could see some kind of weak god being the ringmaster.

I— I guess it would have to be one I've never heard about. I can't think of a god that would do this...

It could easily be some minor god seeking more power, though I suppose that's not as common as it used to be...

The short answer is we really have no idea, and I doubt anyone here will be inclined to tell us more.

I agree, if only because we've made next to no progress. I hate feeling like we're sitting around and waiting for something to happen.
