It's from a book I like! I've used other names from it for my summons. I like keeping track of pretty names so I can use them for things, like Enya or Bedivere.

I'm not certain of anything. It's only one idea, and I can give you my doubts with the idea too. But it's magical and not in a good way. Even if it's not what's warding me, it's strange for it to be active while all our other magic is nulled— even other tattoos. That would be very difficult to pull off.

By the methods I'm familiar with anyways.

No. Absolutely it is not.

Sigils aren’t just something you can— wipe off. You can’t take them off like a dog collar. You can’t know what other spells it might be tied into or what backlash will come from removing it. We are not equipped for that kind of experimenting right now.

You, of course, have more authority on the subject than I. And I am hardly suggesting that someone peel off their markings on a whim.

[Unless. Someone actually wants to. He might not stop them, depending.]

But I remind you that you've said yourself: we cannot be certain of anything. The rules here are unknown and vague because they have not been explored. We will gain nothing without reasonable risk.

I've drawn a lot of arrays. Some of my sigils are fine to erase— the magic is cast in their creation. Their destruction can't affect what's already been done. And some of them are killswitches.
