vandalism and punishment
Who: Yakuyoke girls (they're unforgettable) and YOU
When: 9/11-ish, post-Kenkougate
Where: The Equipment Shed
What: Yakuyoke does a class assignment to try opening the equipment shed, with predictable results, and loses a member along the way (Nei's hiatus)
Warnings: Forced silencing, potential references to kidnapping/trafficking/imprisonment, possible violence because it is Yakuyoke?
[As of the 11th, the (still locked) equipment shed has been vandalized with the following chalk graffiti messages:
"help us"
"just give us a little peek, please π"
"I kindly request for this door to open. If not, please let us know the requirements and we will do our best to fulfill them within reason."
"I once found a locked door that perplexed me.
Locked equipment? Now, what help could that be?
This mysterious shed
Had me scratching my head;
To the shed now, I say: βOpen Sesβme!β"
Well. It's actually not chalk anymore: It's blood now, running into the grass and staining everything.
Also as of the 11th, anyone within hearing distance will bear witness to a huge commotion: Several people screaming loudly (albeit muffled). The Yakuyoke girls, sans the one called Rin, are swarming around the equipment shed, probably going nuts somehow. It is Yakuyoke. All of their mouths are taped firmly shut.
There are a couple of different headers in the comments for your threading needs! Feel free to make your own also reacting to the damage or the missing Nei.]

Even in her simmering Mania rage, she's not dumb enough to try brute force attacking the equipment shed. When she bangs on the door, though, it's loud and forceful. There's no mistaking it: the shed has something to do with the disappearance of their little swordswoman.]

[ it clicks right away, and yuffie's going to go bang on the shed door too ]
HEY! Rin!!
[ she turns to cadence ]
She's in there, right?
[ this is not good ]

Even though Cadence doesn't give a clear sign in the affirmative—no noise, no exact nod—she reaches for and pries at the cracks around the hinges, unable to get her nails through the gaps enough to do anything of note and breaking a couple in the process.
Nothing, and her hands are still streaked and powdered with chalk and blood.]

[ puts her hands on raven's hands, briefly, trying to deter her ]
I'll try picking the lock. You got anything on you?

What does she have on her? There is no shortage of writing utensils that she's collected from supply stashes across the school, though most of them are broken, and only half of them work. Cadence reaches for the rolled-up cloth she's been using as a makeshift pencil case.
...It would really be a shame if someone with a feelings-touch curse had just grabbed onto her hands at the height of her fussy, manic pique.]

Hmfh, [she gets out from behind the tape, which is probably some kind of thankful noise.
Unfortunately, what would probably be the best lockpicking implement (her actual quill) might not be in there, but there's a pen that's been cracked in half in there, only the valuable ink cartridge worth her keeping.]

[ this will not work tch but she does try it ]

She watches White Rose work fitfully, fidgeting with her hands even though she's otherwise calmed down now. It's not going to work, but give her a task, something, anything, or she's going to be tempted to write up another message to the shed.]

Ya got anything else sharp I can use?
[ that's sort of a task.... find something sharp while yuffie works at this ]

As it stands, though, she's only got the things the bird has picked up while snooping around the school, shiny little objects that no one would miss or that never belonged to anyone in the first place. A needle, maybe? She keeps rifling through her limited pockets, throwing stuff out as it comes haphazardly.]
Mfh. [Fuck.]

... It's fine, I think this will work. But it's not freaking unlocking... just like the music room. Ugh.
