It comes and goes. I’ve become accustomed to powering through mild fevers and headache, though there are waves where I am too nauseous to stand.

Among the supplies in the infirmary, there are these small pellets known as ‘painkillers’. One must ingest them sparingly, as I believe the magical components can diminish in efficacy, but taking one can often ease some discomfort.

There are a few variations, but I’m not entirely sure what the differences are… only that one should not take them in combination.
